Site Acquisition

For consideration of a site located in Massachusetts or New Hampshire please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Print and fill out the following form:  Site Submission Form (pdf)

2. Mail the form and all necessary information to the address below:
    New England Pantry
    c/o Real Estate Department
    290 Vanderbilt Avenue
    Norwood, Massachusetts  02062

3. Please make sure to include the following information when you send your form:
•    Site address, including nearest cross street, county, zip code, and state
•    Size of space with site plan
•    Annual rent, square foot rent, taxes, CAM, and insurance
•    Zoning designation and municipal requirements
•    Liquor availability
•    A vicinity map showing the location of the site and competition
•    Site photographs and aerial photographs (if available)
•    Demographic data (if available)
•    Traffic and pedestrian counts (if available)

The Real Estate department will contact you upon review of the above information.

Maintenance

The Maintenance department is a service oriented function that is responsible for the construction and overall repair and maintenance of all White Hen stores and equipment.  The team employs a network of contractors that specialize in the various services required to build and maintain our stores.
